General Summary:

This position oversees the daily operations of the Parking office including customer service, communication, and fiscal accountability. This position also handles administrative matters for the Director when requested.

Hiring Range: $50,000-60,000/year

Work Hours: Core work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in business administration, management or a field related to the position.
2. Two (2) years of full time (or part-time equivalent) professional level business, financial and/or managerial work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong public relations skills.
2. Knowledge of, and ability to effectively communicate to others, policies and procedures of the Parking and Transportation office, along with a good overview of the campus.
3. Knowledge of word processing and data processing programs.
4. Knowledge of various technologies, such as multiple-line telephones, two-way radios, cash registers, fax machines, copy machines, coin counters and rollers, adding machines, and office security systems.
5. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions to attain the mission set forth for the Parking and Transportation office.
